  • Where are you? How do I get there?
    We are just off the A19. If you come from the North, go past Billingham and watch for the A1046 turn off just before the flyover. If you come from the South, drive up onto the flyover and just after you cross the river you take the slip road signposted A1046, Stockton.

  • How do I know if the item I am about to purchase is in stock?

    If you open the product detail page for the product you are interested in and look at the top left of the details you will see either "In Stock" or "Out of Stock". You can not buy a product that is out of stock, however you can elways email us for an expected delivery date.

  • Can I pay by American Express?

    Sorry, but we do not accept American Express.

  • When will my goods arrive?

    You should expect to receive your goods within 3-5 working days. Goods ordered on Saturday or Sunday are normally dispatched on Monday.

  • What if I am not happy with my goods?

    It depends why you are not happy. If they are faulty, we will replace them if you notify us within 28 days. If you simply dont like them then under the distance selling regulations you may return them for a refund. The goods must be returned in the same condition they were bought and we must receive them back within 7 days from your date of receipt. You will be responsible for their safe return. In all instances you should contact us first on 01642 605444.

  • Are all the pictures accurate?

    As far as we are aware, yes, the majority of pictures are exactly like the products, however, manufacturers constantly update their product features and occasionally the picture may be slightly different. This is beyond our control.

  • Why must I register to make a purchase?

  • Can my goods be delivered to another address? I won't be in when they are delivered.

    If you are registered for 'Verified by Visa' or 'Mastercard Secured' and you authenticate yourself when you make the purchase, then yes, we will happily deliver to an alternative address. If however, you pay by a card that does not participate in either of the above schemes (eg. Switch) unfortunately we can only deliver to the registered card address.

  • What is the sms updates thing?
    We are pleased to offer you free text updates to your mobile phone whenever you place an order. We tell you when your goods are packed, and when they are despatched. Thats all we tell you. We don't send you junk text with offers. We don't give your mobile number to anyone else. We hate spam as much as you do!
    Log in to your account and add your number to take advantage of this service.

  • How much is delivery?
    Delivery is calculated automatically based on the weight of your order. There is a minimum charge of £7.70; We are aware this is impractical for smaller items such as leads and are currently sourcing a solution. to check the cost of delivery of your order simply view your trolley from the link "Trolley Contents"

  • What are the Order status messages all about?
    When you place an order it will go through the following steps -
    1. Pending (Thank you! you have placed an order)
    2. Passed to Warehouse (The warehouse now have your order)
    3. Packing (The warehouse are now dealing with your order)
    4. Dispatched (The courier has collected your goods and they are en route)

    You may see other status such as "Pending response" if we have asked you a question by mail regarding your order.
    Despite these steps we normally despatch goods the same day or day after you order them. Each time we change the status of your order you will receive an e mail advising of the fact. If you have asked for text updates you will receive a text at the same time.

  • Can I use some of your images?
    Absolutely not. If we find them in use elsewhere we charge £250.00 per photograph used. If you want to use a photo for any purpose other than selling the product please let us know. We may grant licence for it. Be aware that if we catch you hot linking our images, we will replace the image at will and this may cause problems for you, so please do not hotlink.

  • Why is there a restocking fee if I cancel my order?
    We charge a restocking fee to recover the charges made against us by the credit card company. We currently charge 6% of the total value of your refund.

  • I placed an order and have not received any notification or receipt from you
    In 99% of cases this is because you ignored the instruction to click the "continue" button at the final payment stage and probably navigated to another page using your favourites menu, or selecting a page from your recent pages or even closed your browser. It means we did not receive your order, but you have been charged for it. These lost orders are picked up within 24 hours and manually created, so you should expect to receive e mail notification within that period. If you have not received it after 24 hrs please let us know.

  • Can I link to your images?
    No. If you place a url in your web page that links to one of our images, and you use our bandwidth to display the image on your site, and we catch you, we may replace the image with an offensive one. Please be aware, we do monitor our log files closely. However - if you ask us, and don't do it covertly we may just give you the image anyway.

  • I found something cheaper elsewhere, will you price match?
    Possibly, it depends. Tell us where you saw it, if it was online provide a url to the product and we will let you know.
