We currently use DHL as our couriers and charge a fee based on the weight of your order and the number of parcels we can pack your goods in. Delivery starts from £7.70 (except DVDs which are delivered free).
Goods ordered from Bandland via the website will only be despatched when the payment has been recieved by us. In the case of cheques this can be up to 7 working days. For credit cards we aim to despatch the next working day.
Once goods are despatched, an e-mail notification will be sent to you and if applicable, tracking details for your parcel(s) will be provided. Should you need to return goods to us please contact us first by e-mail, phone, mail or via the "contact us" link to the left of this page. Full details of our returns policy are HERE
All items are sent by DHL Courier. If you are out when the courier calls, a card will be left with details for you to collect the parcel from the nearest depot. If the parcel is not collected within 7 days the goods will be returned to us. If we then arrange a further delivery you will be charged a second delivery fee.
Goods are normally delivered to your door within 3-5 working days from the day of order. (However, under extreme circumstances this can be 10-14 days. We will notify you immediately upon receipt of your order if we expect a delay for any reason.

We regret we will only ship to mainland UK, Northern Ireland and The Isle Of Wight.
